Customer Guide

Customer is fine when you are just learning the ropes, but it stops carrying its weight once your lobby starts playing cleaner.

What Customer does well

Customer keeps itself alive. Speed Burst creates immediate space and Self-Heal reduces dependence on the Medic.

What the self-buff cycle really means

The local status-effect material makes Customer easier to understand if you stop thinking in vague “mobility” terms and look at the actual buff cycle.

The strongest supported read is:

  • Drink can give Energetic, which decreases stamina drain
  • Drink can give Speed
  • after that window ends, Customer can get hit by a predictable Slowness crash
  • Drink is also associated with Rest, which cuts stamina regeneration speed

Good Customer players treat the class like a timing tool, not a permanent safety net. The burst is real, but so is the punish window after it.

Use the Status Effects Guide if you want the wider breakdown for Energetic, Rest, Slowness, and hidden stamina effects like DSD.

Main weakness

The class creates a predictable punish window after Speed Burst ends. Strong killers will wait for that Slowness timing and cut you off instead of chasing blindly.

Best use case

Pick Customer when you are still learning map routing or when your squad is missing clean survival fundamentals.

Strengths

  • Free starter option
  • Can self-heal
  • Good for solo survival

How to get value

  • Use Speed Burst to create space, then call your route
  • Respect the Slowness debuff window
